A major problem these days is finding private label bag manufacturers who can help to develop small productions for you.

What do I mean by small productions?

By small productions I mean all those orders for a bag model ranging from 1 to 49 pieces.

Let me explain with an example. Let's imagine you have to produce a handbag, a bucket model.

You need the pattern, prototype and sample (you can ask for a "PRODUCTION START-UP" package) and then you have to produce 20 pieces of this model in two colours.

This is what I mean by small production runs.

If you send me a request for "SMALL PRODUCTION RUNS", before the phone chat you'll have with me or one of my staff, you'll get an email where I'll ask you a few questions to learn more about your project.

What's all this for?

To avoid wasting your time and money. Maybe I'm not the right subcontractor for your project, or my factory's lead times don't match your requirements.

WHAT I NEED:

• Bag design (I don't keep pre-packaged models and I don't stock other customers' models)
  
• Data sheet with measurements, materials, accessories and all the necessary information
• Definitive materials provided by you or by me after consultation
• Definitive accessories provided by you or by me after consultation
• An hour of your time to do a complete assessment
• One meeting at the company

The price of each individual piece for small production runs can range from €200 to €1000 depending on the characteristics of your design.

The payment for this stage of work is 50% upon confirmation of the order and the remaining 50% at the end of the job. 

You'll be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement to protect your work.
